We will arrange for the repair of certain minor damages to the front windshield of a covered vehicle. Some of our contracts provide for the windshield replacement. Please see your Windshield Protection contract for specific details of coverage. To make a claim:

  1. Contact one of our claims professionals at 888-684-9327.
  2. Information will be taken, and your repair will be assigned to a contractor within our network.
  3. You will be contacted by the authorized glass repair contractor who will arrange with you for service.
  4. Please allow three to four business days for contact.
  5. Kindly note that we will not consider payment for services rendered by unauthorized glass repair contractors.
  6. We will issue payment directly to the contractor once we receive their invoice.
Please be advised that no action taken in the investigation of any claim should be construed as an admission of coverage or liability. We reserve the right to deny any claim for any valid reasons as described in the contract. Please be further advised that this is a generic claim instruction site and contains instructions regarding several types of coverages. This does not imply or suggest that your contract contains these coverages. Should you have any questions regarding coverage, please read your contract carefully and/or consult your agent.
